Christos Terzidis
Lawyer - Accredited Mediator, LL.M

Christos Terzidis is a lawyer at the Supreme Court. He is a graduate of the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace, by which he was awarded his postgraduate degree in the field of Public Law and Political Science, with Honors. His scientific research subject was related to Environmental Law and his dissertation was on "Modern institutional dimensions of environmental protection in the Greek legal order, the example of the European Ecological Network NATURA 2000".

 

He is also an accredited mediator by the Ministry of Justice and a member of the Kavala Bar Association, where he served as a member of the Board of Directors. He has extensive litigation experience and expertise in environmental law, food law and urban planning law, having represented individuals and local authorities on specialized issues of public law. He has served as a special advisor to local authorities and collective entities in the preparation of a proposal for General Urban Plans and Regional Spatial Plans.

Field of activity:

  • Representation before the Supreme Court, the Council of State, Administrative, Criminal and Civil Courts of the Greek territory on issues related to environmental law, food law and urban planning law

  • Mediation of commercial and civil disputes
